You asked me to rate our experience at Paul Masse Chevrolet. Well let me give you some background. We purchased a Chevy Cruz at Paul Masse in 2017 and it now has 25,000 miles on it. We have a problem with our car that has cost us in Excess of $1,500 dollars. The oxygen sensor clogs up with carbon and the engine light comes on. Is it a problem that can be solved? Answer: No. What’s wrong: It seems we don’t drive it on the highway enough. We are retired and most of our driving is on town and city roads. This problem according to the computer readout was a defect right out of the factory. Also, I have a 2009 Chevy Cobalt with the original oxygen sensors in it. We have purchased 5 or 6 Chevys from Paul Masse and DeNooyer Chevrolet in Albany New York. If I need a new car, I would think twice about a Chevy from Paul Masse. Sincerely, David A. Borgia .

Greeted immediately upon entering the showroom. As soon as I explained what I was interested in, I was shown a possible purchase. Then was shown some other possibilities, but I ultimately went back to the original car shown. The paperwork time was well spent as Shaun was very diligent in helping me through the process. I was very pleased with how he spent time when I picked up the car showing me a lot of different features. I probably would be still confused if not for his help and patience with me. This is my second car purchased at Paul Masse and my husband also purchased his most recent car from there. I recommend this dealer to all my family and friends. Although with the 3 family cars purchased there, we have had three different salespersons, yet always came away totally satisfied.

Good afternoon, Paul Masse is always great. I've purchased 5 trucks with them over the past 9 or 10 years and have had them handle all the service each on of them. This last time, my newest truck being diesel, they filled the DEF fluid spilling it all over the side of the truck and step. I went thru the car wash and it all came off but its something that should have been caught by the tech as soon as it happend.

Gino was absolutely amazing. He was patient, very knowledgeable and attentive, before we left the lot he took the time to download what I needed for the car. He showed me how to work all the bells and whistles. There was only one thing that I’m upset with and it wasn’t Gino’s fault it was the website to receive a $500 rebate for being a CNA/ Med tech that I didn’t receive and I was eligible for it. It was through GM. I wished I had received that rebate especially if I qualify but wasn’t given.

My wife and I visited Paul Massey in hopes of looking for a used Tahoe the one that we had selected didn’t meet our needs however, our sales guy Gabriel was willing to look for another vehicle for us and keep his eyes open. Luckily he checked and they did have a recently turned in leased Tahoe that was 100% what we were looking for low miles excellent condition. being from Massachusetts the transaction was a little bit more challenging having to register in Massachusetts however, Gabriel in the team couldn’t have been more communicative or attentive to our request. Everything went smooth. Delivery was perfect and it was a real plus to meet Paul at the time of delivery clearly Paul Massey Chevrolet lives up to its reputation. We will be back the next time we’re in the market for a Chevrolet or GMC product

I am a returning customer of P. Masse. I think your organization is truly built to give a great customer experience. The only issue was I was refused a curtesy vehicle. I explained that I had some important appointments and needed transportation while the service was takin place. (over-night) Also, the branch that sold me the Buick, PM South, told me that " they could not fit me in" despite me explaining that I was leaving for vacation later that week-driving. We arrived at East Providence facility, starting looking at trucks when Dave Wellington approached my wife and I. He introduced himself and asked if we help. We said no not right know just looking. He said ok I'll be in the sales office if you need anything. We asked to test drive a truck, he said no problem be right back with the key. From then on everything went so easy, he was courteous, a pleasure to talk to. I never had this experience at a car dealership, normally the salesperson would be pushy going back and forth to haggle the car price. No haggling here to us it was great. We will probably be back for our next purchase on a vehicle, thanks Dave and the Paul Mase team !

Chris Daniel’s was a superstar. I started looking for a vehicle about a month ago and every dealership I went into the sales people were not attentive to my needs for a new vehicle and unwilling to go the extra mile. Chris, on the other hand on the second we walked in one above and beyond in assisting and giving us a full array of choices without pressuring us into any model. He was patient with our specific needs. I’m waiting for a host to close before I could buy periodically checking in but without putting any pressure on us. The process of buying was quick and easy and Chris gave us exactly the vehicle we were looking for. The service from Chris did not stop there once we purchased the vehicle. He was again patient with us “old people” walking us through all of the features of the vehicle and truly make us understand whatever thing did. The 2025 suburban Premier was loaded with features, and his assist was greatly valued in learning. I also appreciated the next day. Follow up. Call to make sure if there were any issues or anything he could help with……. Chris was a true professional. I plan on buying an additional vehicle in the very near future and he’s already assisting in looking for exactly what I want Thanks, Chris!!!!

My experience with Shaun was easy, relaxed, and transparent from the moment I got out of my car. He worked with me through the process of test-driving the truck I was interested in, where we both experienced a transmission issue that was unknown for that vehicle. He and the service team spent a week resolving the issue, and Shaun kept me updated every step of the way. They explained in specific detail what caused the problem, what the resolution was, and how I could be assured the issue would not recur, if I were to buy the truck. Shaun confirmed that the truck would be covered under the GM Pre-Certification warranty coverage, with 3 years / 100,000 miles of full coverage on the drive train. If something happens with the transmission in the next 3 years, I'll be covered, and won't have to worry. Working with the financing team was equally simple. I brought in pre-qualifications for a specific term and interest rate, along with the details about how I wanted to pay for the truck to ensure my monthly payment was what I could manage. The team matched what I brought in, without arguing over the price of the truck or trying to negotiate me down on some other aspect of the deal. It was as simple and direct of a vehicle sale I have ever experienced. Dare I say, it was even pleasant? To me, this demonstrates a clear customer-centric focus that PMC exhibits in their dealings, which is a rare diamond in the rough for automotive sales. Hopefully, they never change in this regard. As it stands, the next time I need to buy another car, my search will absolutely start with Shaun at Paul Masse Chevrolet.

We worked with Vincent ("Vinny") Taylor Jr. who was exceptional to deal with. My wife and I arrived with our three young children to shop for a family vehicle. My wife called ahead, and Vinny made sure a vehicle was out front by the time we arrived. Vinny still allowed us to look at many other vehicles. This was a big purchase for us. Vinny was extremely patient with our entire family, including our young children. In fact, our kids enjoyed the Chevy break room and many complimentary snacks! Vinny had no problem allowing each parent to take separate turns for a test drive while one stayed behind with kids. Vinny made sure we were well informed about each vehicle we looked at and the pros and cons. The transaction was efficient but did not feel forced or rushed. There was no unnecessary sales pressure, just professionalism and good salesmanship. We ended up buying a 2025 Chevy Suburban and are very happy with our purchase. We immediately took it for a long family road trip. Vinny and the folks supporting him at Chevy really changed our perspective on car sales because this was by far our best experience at a dealership. We also ended up with an awesome vehicle. Without a doubt, I would HIGHLY recommend buying a Chevy from Vinny at Paul Masse Chevrolet in East Providence, RI (Taunton Avenue). Truly, he is the BEST!

Paul Masse Chevrolet is always great to deal with. The agents are always pleasant. I want to mention that the 2023 Equinox had a couple of options that we miss in the 2026 Equinox doesn't have. When parking behind another vehicle the 2023 let you know how close you are to it. I feel that that is a safety option.

Took me in right away, listened to the two problems that I had and repeated back to me what they entered into the system to be sure my problems were entered correctly. Gave me a reasonable service date to bring it in. One problem was fixed that day and parts were ordered for the transmission problem(s). They had me go for a test drive with a technician to listen to the different transmission issues. One problem he noticed right away and knew what needed to be done to fix it. The second issue he would hear too but did not have a for certain resolution at the time. He had an idea but said he would know better when the transmission was opened up which I understood completely. I received a call today saying parts had come in and they set up a date for me to bring it back in. Everything has been great as usual so far.
