I liked the no bull**** approach from moment I walked in the door. Paul Masse Chevrolet is always great to deal with. The agents are always pleasant. I want to mention that the 2023 Equinox had a couple of options that we miss in the 2026 Equinox doesn't have. When parking behind another vehicle the 2023 let you know how close you are to it. I feel that that is a safety option.

Took me in right away, listened to the two problems that I had and repeated back to me what they entered into the system to be sure my problems were entered correctly. Gave me a reasonable service date to bring it in. One problem was fixed that day and parts were ordered for the transmission problem(s). They had me go for a test drive with a technician to listen to the different transmission issues. One problem he noticed right away and knew what needed to be done to fix it. The second issue he would hear too but did not have a for certain resolution at the time. He had an idea but said he would know better when the transmission was opened up which I understood completely. I received a call today saying parts had come in and they set up a date for me to bring it back in. Everything has been great as usual so far.

Shaun and Cam really turned me around on Paul Masse. I had some poor experiences with the sales staff back about 15-20 years ago that had soured me on the dealership as a whole. When I came in last week to test drive an Equinox EV, I had absolutely no intention of purchasing here. Shaun changed that with his kind demeanor and willingness to listen. Being able to handle the entirety of the deal over the phone and through text in the days after made the process incredibly easy. Cam was honestly the best finance person I've ever come across, and made what is normally the most stressful part of buying a car one of the easiest. Overall, I couldn't be happier, and a huge part of that is because of these two.

The service was excellent as always, but I was blindsided at checkout when I was told the dealership no longer accepted payment in the form of personal checks. There were no signs anywhere stating this policy, and when I agreed to the service, payment methods were not discussed. My bill for was approximately $1,700, more than I would carry in cash, and more than my credit union's daily limit on debit charges. I didn't bring my credit card (I don't usually carry it with me) and had no other way to pay than with a personal check. After some discussion, they did agree to take my check, but that experience really upset me.

Total scam. A few days after a routine service appointment, the check engine light comes on. They tell me it's a $185 diagnostic fee, which they'll waive if I do the repairs. I bring it back in, they said it needs a software update that costs... $185! They have a bunch of lousy excuses about why this isn't something that should have been done at the service appointment the week before and blame GM for the cost. I've had enough with this place, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I have bought several cars from this dealer. This last time was the worst experience yet. I was responded to with a very condescending attitude. Was told they needed certain things at once and having done this in the past knew that it was not important. After signing a bunch of paperwork , i emailed messaged and called thsi salesperson several times and have not heard from them as of today. I traded in 2 cars and they didn’t even ask about them when i showed up. I could have left with all three cars the would have never known. The sales person i was dealing with didn’t even tell me that someone else was going to deliver car the day i picked it up. I asked fir license plates from a certain car to be transferred to the new car. They tried transferring the incorrect license plate. The dealership has all new employees from the last time i purchased a car. The salesman that i normally dealt with had left. I will not be purchasing another car from this dealership in the future.

I shopped on-line for a 2027 Corvette Sting Ray, contacted the dealership by phone, received a text in return stating that I would hear from a sales representative, appointment made for 9:00 AM the next morning. I received a text in the morning to confirm the meeting. At precisely 9 AM my phone rang, the sales representative introduced himself and we had a mature and professional conversation about the specific car that I had seen. A short time later I had the vehicle sticker and a very fair and reasonable proposal in my email. I finalized the deal that day, paperwork was completed and delivered as promised, no hassles or extras were proposed as is the case at all other dealerships, just a clean and neat deal. Instructions were provided, final paper work was completed, and the vehicle was delivered by flat bed truck to my home the next day (Friday). I thought I was done, but the salesperson called and said he wanted to drive to our home (2 1/2 hours away) to go through the vehicle in person, would we be available on Sunday as he was working Friday and Saturday. We agreed, he reached out as he got closer to our home, he spent an hour going over the vehicle with my wife and did not leave until he was comfortable the we understood the vehicle, all systems were activated and live. I had contacted a number of other dealerships in my search, talked to any number of inexperienced salespeople, was baited and switched, promised things that could not be put in writing but was supposed to trust, even had one salesperson tell me that he was at his fifth dealership in four years so he knew what he was doing. My salesperson at Paul Masse has been with the company for thirty years, is professional, courteous and fully understands his product and speaks proudly of his service and experience. Could not be happier.

I dealt with Nick at the desk, when I came in about my issues with radio software I tried to tell him about GM FSE tech that already done alot research on the issue for me as a friend. He was short with me and wouldn’t even take any of the information from me. The next day I called to check on my car at 3pm, again was kinda short with me and told me that the tech was looking at it and he would call me when he had information on a pickup time. I was just calling for an update due to living 45 mins away.

I have been a long time, loyal customer with both product purchases and product services. For years, each experience has been superb, however, my recent service experience was less than satisfactory. To be clear, the service manager was friendly and professional. She alone I rate excellent. The disappointment surrounds a call to me while new tires were being installed to inform me the technician was not able to clear the trouble light on my dash because I would need to purchase new tire sensors. Would a salesperson inform me that I won't be able to drive my new car off the lot because i need wheels? Of course not. I approved that immediately and then was informed the tech would need to remove the newly installed tire from each rim. This should have been asked prior to initiating the service but was not. The inability to apply a recent email offer for a promotional discount because I failed to mention it when I delivered the car for service (note this was an afterhours drop off. This 8/6 service visit was an approximately a $2700 spend. I didn't blink twice over the anticipated cost and approved the work to be completed due to my having an unblemished history with the dealership. I will continue to bring my business to Paul Masse, but I am a bit disappointed with this experience.
