Although my vehicle has recently had a transmission rack replaced, I was unfortunate enough to have to have my transmission worked on. I only deal with Nick in service. His professionalism and efforts are fantastic and I very much appreciate them. He always kept me informed of what was going on and I always feel like he and the mechanics are honest. He arranged by my rental as I have 2 girls and need a car and I didn't have to do a thing. Picked up and dropped off. I came in just to shop for a new car not to necessarily purchase a car that day. However, I had been shopping online as well as at car lots and saw one on the Paul Masse Chevrolet sit Ie I fell in love with as soon as I saw it. I had mom take me into the lot to find it and it was not there in the color I wanted but the salesman who assisted us showed us the car,allowed me to take a test drive and before I knew it I was buying my next car. He was very thorough in his ability to sell me this car and very knowlegeable with his information about the vehicle. I knew any questions or concerns we had would be immediately addressed and when I and mom insisted I wanted the car in the denim blue he called another lot and got me the one in the color I wanted. I love my new 2013 Chevy Spark and am certain I will be driving this car for many years. Even the price though expensive for me was abled to be financed in such a way as to make it affordable for my low income budget.
